Text messages are for adults

You must be 18 or older to sign up for our text messages.

Using the website

Use it for its purpose: to learn about us and get in touch. Please do not misuse it, for example by sending spam through our forms, trying to break into it, or copying it in bulk.

Text messages

• What we send. If you agree to texts, we may send appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, and updates about what you asked us for.
• Agreeing. You agree by giving us your mobile number and ticking the text box on a form, or another clear yes. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything.
• How often. It depends on what you ask us for.
• Stopping. Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any text and we will stop. You may get one last text confirming it. To start again, sign up the same way as before.
• Help. Reply HELP to any text, or call (909) 966-5051 or email us at prm@paminsuranceca.com.
• Costs. Message and data rates may apply, billed by your mobile carrier.
• Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery depends on your carrier and phone.
• Privacy. How we use your number is in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

We work to keep everything here right and up to date, but the website is provided as it is. Prices, dates and details can change, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, Pamela Macias Insurance Services is not responsible for losses that come from using the website or relying on it. Nothing here limits any right the law says cannot be limited.
